Attorney, Jana Fay Bacarisse

For over 17 years, Ms. Bacarisse has served as an attorney for clients in estate planning, probate, guardianship and elder law.  Ms. Bacarisse graduated from Baylor University and South Texas College of Law, and has been a licensed attorney since 1990.  Ms. Bacarisse graduated from St. Thomas' Episcopal School and is a native Houstonian. 

 

Ms. Bacarisee is a member of the Houston Bar Association Probate and Trusts Section and serves on the Elder Law Committee.  She previously served on the Teach Texas Committee of the Houston Bar Association for several years, teaching the HBA's Texas History program in local schools.  Ms. Bacarisse is a member of the State Bar of Texas Probate, Trusts and Estates Section and the Disability and Elder Law Attorneys Association.   She is certified to reprsent clients in guardianship matters and is often appointed by the probate court as an attorney ad litem.  She also represented clients in mental health matters.
